Thailand: Liveaboard in Similan

He pasado los últimos 5 días en un barco buceando en las Similan/Surin.Ha estado increíble. El barco, el Similan Explorer, genial, comodisimo porque éramos solo 9 en un viaje de 18...la gente encantadora y el staff estupendo. 

Del buceo no tengo palabras, chulisimo y con premio: vimos un tiburón ballena en Richelieu Rock y una Manta en Koh Bon, por no mencionar las demás inmersiones ( un total de 18), incluido precio e inmersiones nocturnas. 

Ha sido un tute, arriba a las 6, primer dive a las 7 y 4 diarios! Y me quedo con ganas de repetir.

I have just came back from a 5 days liveaboard on the Similan And Surin Islands. It has been cool. The boat, Similan Explorer, was so comfy, specially because We were 9 on a trip for 18. People so nice and incredible staff.

Diving was amazing, I have no words to describe it and we were so lucky we spotted a whale shark at Richelieu Rock and a manta in Koh Bon, not to mention the rest of the dives (18 in total), including a wreck and night dives.

It was so hectic though, up at 6am, first dive at 7, and 4 dives per day. I will go back one day!

Tips:

Similan diving Safaries. Eh organice liveaboard for 3,4 and 5 days to Similan, Surin, Richeliew and Myanmar. They are in Khao Lak, 1.3 h from Phuket. 

You can get there from Phuket in a bus, 100baths, or a taxi from the airport would be around 1200.

In Khao Lak i stayed at Monkey Divers Hostel, a private room for 500 bahts or a dorm for 350. Really nice.

And during the trip we visited a gipsy Village: the Moken Village.
